Needs for a Parking Management Solution

The core need is to address the chronic lack of available and efficiently utilized parking spaces in Minsk Mir. This problem is multifaceted and affects both daily mobility and long-term urban development.

• Official Recognition: The issue is acknowledged at the highest levels — the mayor of Minsk highlighted the deficit of parking spaces in a formal report to the President of Belarus.
